ESC Rights: Implementation of the Concluding Observations of the UN Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights
On 28 May 2010, the Centre made a Submission to the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade regarding implementation of the 2009 Concluding Observations on Australia by the UN Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights. The Centre’s submission outlines practical steps and measures, including legislative, administrative and financial measures, for the Australian Government to improve the promotion and protection of social and economic rights.
