Help us bring people to safety

Help us bring people to safety

Right now, 800 men and women remain trapped on Nauru and Manus. They came to Australia seeking safety but were instead condemned to indefinite limbo.

After almost six long years, their hope is fading and their health is deteriorating rapidly.

We need to act now to bring as many people here to safety as we can, and we need your help to do it.

Can you donate to help us bring sick people to Australia for medical treatment?

Over the past year, working with key partners, our court action has secured evacuations to Australia for close to 200 people. As part of the Medical Evacuation Response Group, we continue to fight every day to ensure sick people get they care need.

We are now in a race against the clock. The Government is intent on repealing the Medevac Laws that enable us to bring people to Australia for urgent medical care.

This work is saving lives. Your support now will help us step up these cases and get people to Australia for critical care while we still can.

Together, we will keep tenaciously advocating for an end to Australia’s shameful offshore detention regime. We will not stop until and every single one of these men and women has freedom and safety. We will not stop until humanity is restored to Australia’s refugee policies.

Thanks for your support
