Sanushka has over 20 years of experience working across Australia, China, Cambodia, Singapore, and the United Kingdom in policy advocacy, research, and global program management. She has held roles with international human rights NGOs, think tanks, and academic institutions—including Oxfam, the Association for Women’s Rights in Development, the Human Rights Council of Australia, and the Lien Centre for Social Innovation at Singapore Management University.
She has also served as a specialist consultant on labour migration and human rights to United Nations agencies (ILO, IOM, UN Women) and regional intergovernmental bodies (African Union, ASEAN). Sanushka currently leads a global research initiative that informs humanitarian assistance and protection activities for migrants and affected communities.
