The Centre conducts and supports human rights casework and litigation before domestic courts and tribunals, including the High Court, Federal Court and state Supreme Courts.

The Centre’s roles in casework and litigation includes acting as instructing solicitor, in co-counsel arrangements, as a third-party intervener or amicus curiae, through the provision of resources and support, and as an applicant or party in its own right.
